After 8 years of doing this, I know the best solutions come from working right there in the trenches with the team. I'm really passionate about accessibility, not as an afterthought, but as just how everything should work. I love mentoring designers and watching them get excited about building better, more accessible stuff.

I'm pretty good at crafting the big picture: strategy, vision, getting everyone aligned. But the real magic happens when we stop treating design, product, and engineering like they're different planets and start building something that works for everyone. This kind of magic can happen anywhere, and I'm here for it.
